使用與保養
安裝前，應清洗兩軸端面，檢查端面鍵槽口等配合情況；
膜片聯軸器安裝以后，正常運轉一個班，必須檢查所有螺釘，如發現松動，必須擰緊，這樣反復幾個班，以保證不會松動；
為了防止膜片在高速運轉發生的微動磨損，導致膜片螺栓孔出現微裂而損壞，可在膜片之間涂以二硫化鉬等固體潤滑劑或對膜片表面進行減磨涂層處理；
應避免長期超載使用和操作事故的發生；
在工作運轉中，應經常檢查膜片聯軸器是否發生異常現象，如有異常現象發生必須及進維修；
在可能由于運轉的膜片聯軸器引起人身和設備事故的各個場地必須采取適當的安全防護措施。
